will be arraigned today on charges of the hit killer manslaughter that killed one pedestrian and ended at two others in the twin peaks area. the 56 year-old, y yuee yao, died after a crash hit hard at the twin peaks a lookout point. police said the driver was intoxicated. the victim's son told us that he does not want a another family to suffer through the sadness that he feels. he stated that all of this is because someone decided to drink too much and get behind the wheel. >> the driver of the car 23 year-old gina eunice who you see here on the screen faces several felony charges

the past three days, two people have died and two others have been injured after being called in separate avalanches. kron 4 urs of charles clifford has details. >> a snow border was caught in an avalanche on monday. they stated that heavy amounts of new snow is sitting on unstable snow which is causing danger. during this latest cause of dangers they have issued advisories are around tahoe. this is a google earth map that is looking around the area. the advisory includes all of the tosco ski resort areas. there stating that people should be careful and the heat when they have warnings. >> they are monitoring weather in the snow. they
are very good at noticing that the amount areas may not be safe for customers. the advisory is set to expire on wednesday as the reevaluate the conditions. >> look at this shot on interstate 80. we saw the snow here just for a quick second and will now go to storm tracker 4. storm tracker 4 shows that we have areas of scattered snow showers and we're looking at north bay as well as the south bay. they are producing heavy downpours. we do have gusty winds as well. the showers will decrease is afternoon and we may see some clearing. tonight showers will be

is 16 to 20 in. of snow. if you are up there if you do have to take advantage of this. >> we are looking at a great ride around the bay area this morning. we're not tracking any delays or slowdowns. look at the bay bridge at west out. there are no metering lights due to the holiday. the same can be seen as the san mateo bridge that even with an accident that was just cleared there is actually not a lot of traffic. this has not done anything a slow ride or to increase the drive times across the span. looking at light traffic through marin county it is a 21 minute drive time with an easy commute across the golden gate bridge. this is where you are on northbound or southbound it is rain right now look at how like
